Aromatherapy Neck Wrap

The light pressure of the weighted therapeutic neck wrap lightly presses on acupressure points and uses heat therapy to give relief around the neck and shoulders and promotes a calm feeling much in the same way a weighted blanket works for the body. 

For Heat Therapy, microwave for 45 seconds and then in 15-second intervals until you reach the desired temperature.  For Cold Therapy. place wrap in a ziplock bag in the freezer for at least one hour or buy an extra to store in the freezer for when it is needed!
